The limited liability company «BASIS - LUX», the legal body registered under the legislation of Republic Kazakhstan in 2005.

Since 2006 carries out stage-by-stage building of a housing estate «the Solar valley» which consists of eleven buildings (blocks), height from 3 to 8 floors, a total area 300 000 м2, executed in classical French style.

Now the second, third and fourth blocks are put in operation and building of the ninth block comes to an end.

In 2011 building of the first and eighth blocks is planned.
